Ivory worth Rs 94 lakh seized, 3 held
Bangalore, Jan 11 (UNI) Police today seized ivory worth Rs 94 lakhs and arrested three persons in this connection at Hebasale Village in Sakaleshapura Taluk of Hassan District in Karnataka.
Based on a tip-off, police intercepted a car and found the contraband and arrested Hansar, Nasir and Arun. However, another person, Sippegowda, managed to escape.
