HC stays arrest warrant against Congress leader

Jaipur, Jan 11: The Rajasthan High Court today stayed an arrest warrant issued against Parasram Mordia, executive president of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, in a dowry harassment case by a lower court here.

Justice A K Rastogi gave the order after hearing his application challenging the lower court order. Neem ka Thana Judicial Magistrate had issued the arrest warrant against Mordia and his sons in a dowry harassment case filed by his estranged daughter-in-law.
