Vesuvias completes its new unit at Visakhapatnam

New Delhi, Jan 10 (UNI) Kolkata-based Vesuvius India Ltd today said it has completed construction of its new manufacturing unit at Visakhapatnam.

''The new unit located within three kilometres of the existing factory will manufacture precast shapes and taphole clay,'' a company statement said.

The company further said that commercial production at this new manufacturing unit had commenced from December 22, last year.

Vesuvius India Limited, a 56 per cent subsidiary of the Vesuvius Group, is engaged primarily in the manufacture and sale of Continous Casting Refractories and Slide-gates.
