Tata Motors unveils new Indica

New Delhi , Jan 9: Country's second largest passenger vehicle manufacturer Tata Motors Ltd today launched its new version of Indica V2 DICOR priced at Rs 4.25 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

The company claims the new car, with enhanced output of 70 PS @ 4000 rpm, has 15 per cent better fuel efficiency. The new Indica, will be available in a 1.3 litre diesel engine and a 1.2 litre petrol engine, which will be manufactured at the new Tata-Fiat joint venture plant at Ranjangaon in Maharashtra. The car will have 1.4 L direct injection common rail engine (DICOR).
