Dhumal sworn in as Himachal Pradesh's new CM

Shimla, 30 Dec, 2008 : Prem Kumar Dhumal, who led India's main opposition Bharatiya Janta Party to a spectacular victory in Himachal Pradesh Assembly Polls, was sworn in as the Chief Minister of the State for the second time on December 30th.

Dhumal was unanimously elected Chief on the 29th of December. Thousands of people attended the ceremony including senior BJP leaders.
