3 pedestrians killed, 5 injured in road mishap

Shahdol, MP, Jan 5 (UNI) Three pedestrians were killed and five injured, two seriously, when a truck mowed them down at this district's Funga village, police said today.

Gyanchand, Sewa Pal and Keerat died on the spot last night when a truck en route to Anuppur from Kotma hit them. The injured were admitted to the hospital at Anuppur.

The truck driver was arrested.
