Nokia Siemens bags Bharti Airtel contract

New Delhi, Jan 4, 2008 : Telecom infrastructure company Nokia Siemens Networks, on January 3rd announced a pan India contract, courtesy GSM major Bharti Airtel.

The contract will enable Nokia Seimens to deploy a single interactive voice response or IVR platform across 23 circles. The new IVR solution will facilitate Airtel to deliver services such as voice SMS, televoting, call management services, caller ring back tone or CRBT and voice portal at a faster speed and reduced costs.
