Minor girl raped in East Godavari district

Kakinada, Jan 4: Police have launched a hunt for Avula Daveedu (19) who allegedly raped a minor tribal girl (12) while she was grazing cattle near a choultry on the outskirts of Jaggampet village in East Godavari District.

The girl, who was allegedly raped on January 2, is sent for medical examination to Kakinada government general hospital, according to police sources.
