Medical employees to organise dharna on Jan 28

Kakinada, Jan 4 (UNI) The medical employees in Andhra Pradesh will organise a dharna in Hyderabad on January 28 to protest the government's move to trifurcate the medical and health department.

Employees Joint Action Committee Chairman V Apparao told newspersons here that they would seek the support of all employees' organisations and trade unions for the stir.

He called upon the medical employees to get prepared for a prolonged struggle against the ''erratic'' decision of the government.

APNGOs Vice-President Edison Babu and Doctors Association Leader Shyam Prasad had announced support to the stir.
