KSRTC set to achieve record revenues
Bangalore, Jan 4 (UNI) The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) would achieve a record revenues of Rs 1,333 crore during the current fiscal, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director A P Joshi said here today.
Speaking at a review meeting headed by Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur, Mr Joshi said the corporation would be introducing more than 1,600 new buses during the fiscal.
It would also take further action to improve the scope of service in terms of cleanliness in buses and bus stations besides upgradation of IT and environmental initiatives.
Governor Thakur complimented the entire workforce of KSRTC for their work resulting in the corporation making healthy profits.
