Jammu, Jan 1 (UNI) A week before the commencement of the budget session in Jammu and Kashmir, the Minister of State for Finance, Planning, Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Revenue Prem Sagar Aziz today submitted his resignation to the Chief Minister.
Mr Aziz submitted his resignation to CM Ghulam Nabi Azad and has volunteered to work for strengthening the Congress party, sources told UNI.
''I would be grateful if you accept my resignation from the Council of Ministers and allow me to work for the party,'' Mr Aziz said this to the Chief Minister, who has forwarded the resignation to the Governor for acceptance, sources added.
