Adarsh Plant receives another LOI to issue 4.5% equity to FI's

New Delhi, Jan 1 Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd today said it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Sisa Tradelink Inc to secure 4.5 per cent stake in the company.

''This is the second foreign investments in the company after receiving the first letter of intent from Lewis and Company for 4.9 per cent equity,'' a company statement said. The total FI placement for the company now stands at 9.40 per cent, it added.
