Declining to name the 'Special Agency', Mr Yeddyurappa told to the sources here that after receiving the report from the agency party high command would take decision on the issue of tickets to the candidates for the mid-term elections to the State Assembly. "This time only good and popular candidates would be chosen to fight the elections", he added. Mr Yeddyurappa claimed that there was good response to the BJP from the public during meetings held after dissolution of the State Legislative Assembly.
Later, talking to reporters, Mr Yeddyurappa demanded Governor Rameshwar Thakur to publish a 'White Paper' on projects and developmental works taken up after dissolution and a comprehensive plan to reach target before March.
Mr Yeddyurappa said that BJP wanted vote on progress made during 20 months rule and not on sympathy.
