Pfizer grants trademark license to Johnson

New Delhi, Dec 31 (UNI) Leading pharma company Pfizer Ltd today said its Board has approved the transfer of the exclusive license of the trademarks of its drugs to Johnson&Johnson Ltd, for Rs 214.85 crores.

''The trademarks relating to Benadryl, Caladryl, Benylin and Listerine and certain assets are covered in the agreement,'' a comapny statement said.

The Board has also granted its approval for providing Johnson&Johnson Ltd with certain transitional services and executed a Transitional Services Agreement as well.
