Foreign funds can buy 7.73 pc more in NDTV

New Delhi, Dec 31: Leading media company New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) today said that foreign funds can purchase an additional 7.73 per cent stake in the company.

''Pursuant to acquisition of further stake of 7.73 per cent (48,35,850 equity shares) by the promoters Dr Prannoy Roy and Mrs Radhika Roy from GA Global Investments Ltd, FIIs/NRIs can now acquire shares in shareholding of the company,'' a comapny statement said.
