Sikh brothers shot outside their restaurant in California

Patiala, Dec 29 (UNI) Two NRI Sikh men hailing from this city were shot dead outside their restaurant in Richmond, California yesterday, family sources said here today.

Paramjit Singh Kalsi(40) and his Younger brother(30) were killed by some unidentified persons outside their restaurant ''Sahib India'', their brother Harinder Singh told UNI.

Both the brothers, who had settled in the US, were holding green cards and were unmarried.

They are survived by five brothers and two sisters.

The bereaved family, which has to finalise the documentation for bringing the dead bodies here, was in deep shock as they stressed that the deceased had never told them about any enmity with anybody in the US.
