Dependent sisters to be part of govt employee's family

Chandigarh, Dec 29 (UNI) The Haryana Government has decided to include fully dependent sisters residing with the Government employees in the definition of family for the purpose of medical reimbursement.

The Ceiling of income of dependents has also increased from Rs 750 to Rs 3500 per month for the purpose of medical reimbursement with immediate effect, an official spokesman said.

He also clarified that the State Government employees were eligible to claim medical reimbursement of spouse irrespective of his or her source of income.
