Brigade Hospitality ties up with Inter Continental Hotels

Bangalore, Dec 29: Brigade Hospitality Services Private limited (BHSP), a 100 per cent subsidiary of real estate major Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a management contract with InterContinental Hotels Group for a new Holiday Inn Hotel called Holiday Inn Bangalore International Airport.

Earlier, Brigade Hospitality Services Private Limited entered into a letter of intent on April 27, 2007 with IHG to manage a proposed hotel of approximately 250 Keys to be developed near the Devanahalli International Airport at Bangalore. Holiday Inn Bangalore International Airport would be developed by Brigade Enterprises Limited and would be managed by IHG. Well connected to the new international airport, Holiday Inn Bangalore International Airport would have 250 rooms along with restaurants, swimming pool and a gymnasium.

The Holiday Inn Bangalore International Airport would be slated to accept bookings by the beginning of 2010, a company release here said today.
