Three Bangladeshis nabbed in Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad, Dec 27 (UNI) Three Bangladeshi nationals, who were sentenced to imprisonment for a murder and later released on bail by a court there, were nabbed today by the police for living illegally in the city.
Acting on a tip-off, city police raided Chandola Lake area and arrested Rehana Mulla, her son Dukhimulla and their associate Sikandar Shaikh, police said.
All the three were living illegally in the city. They had been sentenced to 30 years of imprisonment for murder in Bangladesh.
They were granted bail, after 34 months, by a Bangladesh court and then they allegedly sneaked into India without proper documents, they added.
