One died, more than a dozen injured and house gutted in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 28 (UNI) One person was killed and over a dozen others were injured, while a house was gutted in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said.

They said one person was injured when a vehicle, in which he was travelling, skidded off the road and fell into an open field at Ganderbal. He was immediately shifted to the hospital where he died.

About a dozen passengers were injured when a bus, carrying them from Jammu to Srinagar, rammed into a shop at Awantipora on the highway. The injured were hospitalised.

In another incident, the house of one Ghulam Mohammad Bhat was gutted in fire at Bijhama in Baramulla district.
