Thief killed as stolen car falls into gorge in Jammu

Jammu, Dec 26 (UNI) One of the three people, who were taking away a stolen car, was killed while the others injured when the vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir today, official sources said.

They said the trio were driving from Kishtwar to Padder when the stolen vehicle rolled down, killing one incumbent and seriously injuring others.

The deceased was identified as Showkat Ahmed.

Injured Asgar Ali and Sajjad were shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, they added.
