Renowned writer Nisar Ahmed bags 'Man of the Year' award

Bangalore, Dec 26(UNI) Renowned writer and teacher Prof K S Nissar Ahmed was selected for the 'Man of the Year' award instituted by the Bangalore Press Club.

Announcing this at a press conference here today, Press club President E V Sathyanarayana said that senior Journalist K Sridhara Achar and Photographer D Baburaj were awarded the Press Club Annual award.

He said that the award will be presented on December 31. The new year dairy of the Club for 2008 would also be released on that day.
