Chill abates in Delhi, mercury shoots to 12.8 degrees
New Delhi, Dec 23 (UNI) The minimum temperature in Delhi rose two notches above yesterday's 10.9 degrees Celsius and recorded 12.8 degrees, five degrees above normal.
A partly cloudy sky was caused due to western disturbances.
Visibility was normal.
The Met office forecast the minimum temperature to be 14 degrees Celsius tomorrow with a partly cloudy sky in the capital.
