Truck plunges in canal, 3 feared drowned

Etah, Dec 22 (UNI) At least three people were feared drowned, when a truck, they were travelling in, flipped off a railing in poor visibility due to fog and plunged into Hajara canal here today.

The truck, en route from Kosi Kalan to Etah, fell in the 20-foot deep canal on Etah-Aligarh highway near village Sunna, SSP Ramit Sharma said.

Bodies were yet to be fished out.
