Businessman robbed of Rs 4.4 lakh

Allahabad, Dec 22 (UNI) A businessman was robbed of Rs 4.4 lakh by masked men in the posh Civil Lines area of city today.

Ram Praksah was waylaid by miscreants, while he was returning home after withdrawing cash from a bank.

The burglars snatched the bag containing cash and flew the coop, police said.

A manhunt had been launched.
