Youth sexually abused in Malegaon

Nashik, Dec 21 (UNI) A twenty-one-year-old youth was allegedly sexually abused by another youth here in Malegaon.

The victim, Ansari Shakeel Iqbal Ahmed, is a resident of Machhi Bazar, Malegaon.

On December 16, three youths -- Mehtab, Hameed and Akbar -- who were known to Ansari, had come to meet him. The trio then took Ansari to a deserted house in Sayane area at Malegaon-Chalisgaon road, where Mehtab allegedly sexually abused Ansari. They also threatened him with dire consequences.

Ansari, somehow, managed to escape from their clutches and went to Wadia Hospital. After getting treated, he lodged a complaint with the Malegaon taluka police yesterday.

The police have registered a case under sections 377, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and further investigations are on.
