Jammu: 4 arrested with 30 kg poppy straw

Jammu, Dec 21: Four people, including two Punjab-based narcotic smugglers, were arrested with 30 kg of poppy straw (bhukki) here last night, police sources said today.

The sources said a vehicle driven by one Mohd Yusaf, resident of Batamaloo, was stopped during a routine 'nakka' checking at Circular road here.

''During checking, a bag wrapped with a blanket was found inside the vehicle and on frisking, poppy straw (bhukki), weighing 20 kg, was recovered, sources told UNI
