Parsvanath launches housing project in Jammu

New Delhi, Dec 20 (UNI) City-based realty firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd today launched its residential project 'Parsvnath Passion' in Jammu, which has a realisation value of over Rs 100 crore in next three years.

''The project, with a saleable area of over seven lakh sq ft, is the first integrated group housing project being developed in the state by Parsvanath, a company statement said.

Work has successfully begun and is expected to take three years to finish,'' company Managing Director Sanjeev Jain said in the statement.

The project being developed in association with Mass House Building Cooperative Ltd from the region, offers eight-floored high rise buildings with 480 units in the price range of Rs 17 lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs.
