Omaxe wins bid to build land in Hyderabad

New Delhi, Dec 20 (UNI) Realty major Omaxe today said its wholly-owned subsidiary has won a bid to construct 25-acre plot in Hyderabad.

Omaxe will develop commercial/shopping mall, office complex, and star hotels on this land with an approximately project value of Rs 2,000 crore.

''This deal is an important landmark for our presence in Southern India, spreading our footprints and showcasing our strengths in all corners,'' Omaxe Ltd CMD Rohtas Goel said.

The bid was invited in an open auction cum sealed tender basis and was best suited for hotels, healthcare and financial institutions, IT/ITES company, corporate offices and star hotels.
