Hooda condoles M Isa Dass's death

Chandigarh, Dec 20 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has expressed grief over the demise of Mr M Isa Dass, a former officer of Indian Administrative Service who served the Haryana Government in various capacities.

He was 81 and died at Panchkula on Tuesday. He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.

In a condolence message issued here today, Mr Hooda said that Mr Isa Dass had ''rare human qualities of head and heart.'' Mr Hooda also conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the members of the bereaved family.
