Fursa Mauritius to invest Rs 35 crore in Gayatri Starchkem

Hyderabad Dec 20 (UNI) Fursa Mauritius, which had recently acquired 42.63 per cent equity in Gayatri Starchkem for Rs 18.5 crore, will invest an additional amount of Rs 35 crore for the expansion and modernisation of the existing production facilities and to add new product lines.

Mr Parth Gandhi and Mr Jayendra Shah were included in the Board of Gayatri Starchkem as Fursa's representatives, a release here said.

Fursa Alternative Strategies LLC, headquartered in New York, is an investment management company that seeks superior risk-adjusted investment performance primarily for institutional investors via alternative investment disciplines.
