CBI raids at 6 places owned by BSNL official

Rajkot, Dec 20 (UNI) Teams of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today conducted simultaneous raids at as many as six places, houses and commercial properties owned by a high-ranking official of Gujarat BSNL here.

According to the sources here, the six CBI teams, attached to the state headquarters conducted simultaneous raids at six places owned by Sub-Divisional-Engineer Vinay Ardeshna in the city.

Teams raided two houses, two shops and two other establishments owned by Mr Ardeshna. The raids were conducted on the information that he owned huge properties having high market values than his known sources of income.

The details of the raids were yet not known as the search and seizure operations were still going on, the sources added.
