Bhattal greets Punjabis on Eid-ul-Zuha

Chandigarh, Dec 20 (UNI) Punjab Congress President and Leader of Opposition Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has extended felicitations and good wishes on the eve of Eid-ul-Zuha to the people of Punjab, especially Muslim fraternity.

In her message, Ms Bhattal said, "Eid brings in the message of universal brotherhood to the people across the world. This festival reflects the faith of the people to express humility, submission and sincerity to God." "The message of the Prophet Mohamed of caring for the needy and suffering people by sacrificing own selfish motives is still relevant after more than thousand years," Ms Bhattal said.
