Honeybees sting jawan to death

Hashimara, Dec 19 (UNI) A young IAF jawan was stung to death by honeybees while returning from work yesterday.

Airforce officials today said Gaurav Trivedi (22) of Uttar Pradesh, working as an electric feeder in 16 Wing, was returning from work when a swarm of honeybees attcked him.

To escape from the bees, Gaurav jumped into a reservoir tank.

Later, his colleagues took him to the airforce hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

District police officials said his body has been sent for postmortem.
