Heart surgery for Kumaraswamy tomorrow
Bangalore, Dec 19 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, admitted to a super speciality hospital in the city yesterday, will undergo a heart surgery tomorrow for replacement of a portion of one of the blocked valves.
Wockhardt Hospital CEO Vishal Bali told UNI that the JD(S) leader was suffering from 'Valvular disease' and had some episodes of chest pain earlier.
''He had been subjected to tests yesterday and today to evaluate his condition. Now, he is doing fine and there is no room for any concern,'' Dr Bali said.
