HCC, Alpine JV bags Rs 297.51 crore order from DMRC
New Delhi, Dec 19 (UNI) Infrastructure developer Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) today said its joint venture (JV) has secured a contract worth Rs 297.51 crore from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
HCC has a 49 per cent share in the JV with Austria-based Alpine Mayreder.
The JV will design and construct 2.6 km 'New Austrian Tunnelling Method' (NATM) between Talkatora Garden and Budha Jayanti Park stations.
It also includes external and temporary works for the metro rail transmission system link between the track.
The project is a part of Airport Metro Express Line-I of DMRC's plan for the MRTS (Mass Rapid Transit System) and this project has to be completed by 15th July 2010, added the statement.
