Barnala greets Patil on her birthday

Chennai, Dec 19 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor S S Barnala today greeted President Pratibha Patil on her birthday.

In his message to the President here, the Governor said ''please accept my heartiest greetings and best wishes on your birthday''.
