2 held, 2 girls rescued

Hubli, Dec 19 (UNI) Police today rescued two teenaged girls and arrested two people, who have allegedly kidnapped the girls from their school here.

According to police, the girls studying in standard eight and nine at a school in the city were kidnapped by a duo at different dates last month.

Acting on a tip off, a police team reached Madagaon in Goa and arrested both the persons and rescued the girls.

Both the accused were remanded to judicial custody, police added.
