Maruti to design cars for India

New Delhi, Dec 18th 2007 : Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, the country's biggest carmaker, will start designing cars in India by 2010. According to reports the car manufacturing giant has already sent close to a hundred employees for training in Japan.

The training is proposed to include hardcore designing as well as developing research-related capabilities.
