Under-trial dies en route to hospital

Mysore, Dec 17 (UNI) An under-trail prisoner at K R Nagara Sub Jail in the district died on the way to hospital here today.

Police said Krishna Nayar (30), in judicial custody for a forest offence, was first taken to K R Hospital after he developed uneasiness.

However, he was brought back to jail to complete formalities for admissions to a hospital.

He died while being shifted to hospital and the body was sent for a postmortem.
