Six year old girl drowned in a open water tank under construction

Mysore, Dec 17 (UNI) A Six-year-old girl was drowned in a open water tank near a construction site at Vijayanagara extension in the city today.

Police said parents of Reshpal Singh had lodged a missing complaint last night as she, who went for playing, did not return home and the body was recovered today.

A case has been registered against Engineer and contractor of the site for their negllegnce in keeping open the tank.

UNI
