Singapore Airlines offers spl fare to ICICI credit card holders

Chennai, Dec 17 (UNI) Singapore Airlines has announced a special fare to commemorate the launch of the ICICI Bank's 'Travel Agency Credit Card'.

This is the first time in the country that a bank was launched a credit card solely for travel-related transactions - air tickets, hotels and travel insurance, according to a release here today.

To commemorate this initiative, Singapore Airlines announced a special all-inclusive fare of Rs 15,500 to Singapore, inclusive of all taxes and surcharges, for a return ticket. The special fare was available for sale from today to January 31, 2008, the release added.

The launch of the credit card also opened up a new distribution channel for its travel agents. This initiative would help travel agents make bookings via its website - 'www.singaporeair.com'.
