Proposal to add 'kirana' stores in retail boom: Sahai

New Delhi, Dec 17 (UNI) The government today said that the retail biggies should come up with a proposal so that mom-and-pop store owners and retail suppliers become part of retail expansion in the country.

''Retail leaders should come up with a proposal to include 'kirana' owners and 'ardti' so that they become part of this retail boom,'' Minister of State for Food Processing Industries (Independent Charge) Subodh Kant Sahai said on the sidelines of a funtion here.
