Promoters of Parenteral Drugs to dilute stake

Mumbai, Dec 17 (UNI) The promoters of Parenteral Drugs, manufacturers of IV fluids, will dilute their stake in the company from 81.35 per cent to 70.01 per cent.

The promoters, in line with Clause 40A of the Listing Agreement, will sell 9.56 per cent of equity in PDPL Holdings and 1.78 per cent equity in PDPL Securities, a press release here said.

The equity of the promoters will be available through the secondary markets from December 14, added the release.
