ICICI Prudential ties up with India Post in Punjab

Chandigarh, Dec 17 (UNI) The policy holders of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance can now also deposit their premium in post offices in Punjab.

While announcing the ICICI Prudential Life's partnership with India Post here today, company's vice president and head rural business Poonam Bhardwaj said, "Our customers in Punjab can walk into any post-office that are listed in ICICI Prudential Life website, produce their acknowledgement letter and policy number and make their premium payements in cash." "ICICI Prudential Life have intitiated the partnership with India Post to provide its customers the convenience of utilising the vast network of post offices in the state," Ms Bhardwaj said.

Indian Postal Services Chief Post Master General Manjula Prasher, who was also present on the occasion, said that the postal department would get Rs 10 per transaction of premium deposit.
