Genpact completes acquisition of Axis Consulting Services

Jaipur, Dec 17(UNI) Genpact which manages business processes for companies around the world has announced that the acquisition of Axis Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, an independent India based risk consulting firm, has been completed.

Axis Consulting Services Pvt Ltd provides a wide range of risk assurance services including internal audit, business performance improvement, Sarbanes-Oxiey documentation and compliance testing and enterprises risk management.

Genpact president&CEO Pramod Bhasin said Axis will operate as an independent unit of Genpact within its governance practice. He claimed that Axis acquisition will strengethen Genpact's financial, planning and analysis offerings.

''The integrated risk and technology solutions which will be offered to our US and European clients will help us remove a lot of time , pain and costs associated with governance and risk managment'', said Bhasin.
