ACC approves appointments of two Secretaries

New Delhi, Dec 17 (UNI) The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointments of Rita Sinha as Secretary, Department of Land Resources in the Rural Development Ministry.

Mrs Sinha, an IAS officer of the 1973 batch, UP cadre, is currently, Secretary, Information Commission.

The ACC has also approved the appointment of Satyanarayana Dash as Secretary, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare in the Ministry of Defence. Mr Dash a 1973 batch officer, Kerela cadre, is currently holding the post of Principal Advisor, Planning Commission.
