Seminar on nanotechnology starts on Jan 5

Thane, Dec 16: A day-long national conference on Nanotechnology, being hosted by the Vidya Prasarak Mandal, will be held here on January 5.

Vidya Prasarak Mandal chairman Dr Vijay Bedekar said nanotechnology has introduced a new dimension to applications of energetic and reactive materials. The objective of the conference is to bring together scientists, engineers, technologists, industrialists and students from different disciplines on a common platform. A demonstration of the synthesis of nano materials and poster presentations will also be held during the conference.
