HC circuit bench in Hubli to start functioning from June 2008: CJ

Dharwad, Dec 16 (UNI) Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Ciriac Joseph today said that the circuit bench of the High Court would start functioning here from June next year at district court premises.

Speaking to mediapersons, Justice Joseph, who inspected the progress of the Rs 66 crore building of the circuit bench, said that the state government should make necessary infrastructure facilities should be made available to judge quarters, libraries, staff and furniture.

He would be writing a letter to the state government on this matter soon, he said.
