Circuit Bench to function from June 2008: Chief Justice

Dharwad, Dec 16 (UNI) Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Cyriac Joseph today said the Circuit Bench of the High Court would start functioning at the district court here from June next year.

Talking to newspersons after inspecting the progress of works on the Rs 66 crore Circuit Bench building, he said the state government should provide infrastructure facilities for judge quarters and library.

He would write a letter to the state government in this regard, he added.
